Made in the Sabato kitchen, this Spanish classic Basque cheesecake has a scorched and caramelised top and a soft, custardy interior. Simply defrost to serve.

Delicious accompanied with Can Bech preserved figs or fresh fruit and a drizzle of Vincotto.

No gluten added.

Ingredients

Cream cheese (milk, cream, milk solids, salt, vegetable gum (410) culture), egg, sugar, cream (milk), gluten free flour (rice flour, cornflour, tapioca, milk powder, potato starch, xanthan gum), lemon juice, vanilla bean extract, salt.

Contains egg, milk, sulphites.

Made in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients.
