The Microplane Adjustable V Slicer with Julienne Blade hand-held mandoline features an ultra-sharp stainless steel blade, which can cut through various fruits and vegetables with ease. No need to store extra blades, as the Adjustable V slicer, has both blade types on one deck. Flip the deck for either julienne or straight edge blade prepping. The julienne blade can produce matchstick-like slices in all different thicknesses. You get to choose the setting you want, with the infinity dial. Microplane designed many features into this product to have the best experience using a hand-held mandoline.
The V Slicer features a reversible deck with a julienne blade to produce thin matchstick-like cuts without having to store or fumble with additional blade parts. On the other side of the deck is the straight edge V Slicer blade for slicing. Slice all kinds of vegetables and fruits – even meat and cheese.
Infinity dial on the bottom of the hand-held mandoline slicer increases or decreases to the thickness of the cuts to your needs. No pre-set slicing sizes. You get to choose.
The Microplane hand-held mandoline includes a hand-guard for finger protection when slicing with ultra-sharp blade edges.
Non-slip base for added stability when slicing on a countertop or other smooth surfaces. Bowl anchors are designed into the backside for secure seating when using the device over a bowl
