Evolve is a smart electric pizza oven that allows you to cook perfect pizza both indoors and outdoors. The unique three element design helps the oven to heat up quickly to 840°F the perfect temperature to cook Neapolitan pizza. The three separate elements are programmed to cook your toppings, keep the stone at an even, hot temperature and to give your crust the perfect leoparding.
Utilizing our innovative rotating pizza stone, Evolve makes cooking perfect pizza easy as pie. No more manual turning, the oven rotates your pizza giving it an even cook throughout. The boost function allows you to quickly direct heat to the top of the oven or alternatively to the bottom to reheat the stone quickly between pizzas.
The Evolve cooks a 13″ pizza but you can also cook other foods such as bread, baked desserts, fruit and meats.
